Common issues

  • Reload and retry: slow connections or large files can delay processing.
  • Correct format: use the preset formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF, PNG).
  • File size: oversized files cannot be processed.
  • Browser: try incognito or a different browser.

Payments & downloads

  • Payment pending: retry checkout or wait a few minutes.
  • Download expired: check the retention window shown in the platform.
  • Invalid link: rerun the process and try again.
The tool does not start or keeps loading

Check format and size. If needed, try a smaller file or reload the page.

The output is not what I expected

Make sure you picked the right preset and retry. Some tools require clean, structured files.

I paid but I cannot download

Wait a few minutes and refresh the status. If it persists, contact us.
